Darrell Brown is an American songwriter, producer and arranger credited with worldwide music sales of over 80 million records. He has worked with Keith Urban, LeAnn Rimes, Bon Jovi, Stevie Nicks, Neil Young, Dolly Parton, Josh Turner, Faith Hill, Aloe Blacc, Ziggy Marley, Alison Krauss, Brooks and Dunn and more.

THERON "NEFF-U" FEEMSTER
Theron Feemster aka Neff-U is a Grammy award-winning songwriter/producer/composer and tech inventor, who has worked with Michael Jackson, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Justin Bieber, Doja Cat, Halle Bailey and Sia among countless others, and has composed for movies and TV shows on Netflix, Disney and Fox, etc. Born in Grover, North Carolina, Theron started playing the piano at two years old. Early on it was obvious he was blessed with an incredible gift. Having grown up in his father’s non-denominational church, Neff-U learned to freely express himself and his musical talent. After graduating high school, Theron went on to Berklee College of Music. It was there in his dorm that he composed a musical composition that made its way into the hands of Will Smith, which became the theme song for Men in Black II. In 2001, Neff-U moved to Los Angeles to dive into his never-ending journey of musical growth. Theron and his music company Ahh Haa are both signed to Universal Music Publishing.

MARIA GIRONAS
Maria Gironas, Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree, has followed two north stars throughout their career: elevating marginalized communities and empowering creatives to embrace technology. Over the past 10+ years, these pillars have guided their career through companies that span the entertainment and tech industries such as Reybee, Fender, YouTube, Q&A, Human Re-Sources and Reddit. As an entertainment and technology executive, they value driving positive change through empowering creators and building community. Currently, they are the Founder of their own company – Cool Shit, Cool People – where they continue these missions by working on artist development, talent relations and integrated marketing with clients like Wide Eyed Entertainment, Casper, Downtown Records, VLVT Tree and more. Outside of their work, they are the Global Chair of Diversity & Inclusion at Women In Music where they work to create sustainable change for women in music at all stages of their careers.
