Simone Smalls is widely recognized as a strong leader, public relations expert and brand strategist with laser-focused vision, creativity and dedication. She is the Co-Founder and Partner of Strategic Heights Media, a full-service public relations and experiential marketing agency representing diverse clients such as ASCAP, Comcast, BET, IFC, WE tv, Lifetime, TV One, Essence, The American Black Film Festival (ABFF), ABFF Honors, smartwater, actor/singer Rome Flynn, BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn Festival and more.  

Prior to forming Strategic Heights Media with her business partner, Smalls ran her own company, Simone Smalls Public Relations, Inc. — an award-winning entertainment public relations and strategic marketing agency. She represented some of the most prominent names in music and entertainment; designing customized public relations strategies with seamless execution that have made significant impact. She is widely recognized as the architect behind the success of pop superstar Usher, transitioning him from a teen R&B singer to one of music’s biggest global talent brands. She also helped launch a then-15-year-old newcomer named Justin Bieber as Usher’s new artist and protégé.
